We specialise in finding locations that offer excellent potential on behalf of our clients, through an unrivalled network of estate agents, councils, solicitors, repossession agents, auction houses and financial institutions.

Once a property is purchased, we add extra square footage wherever possible – by a loft conversion or an extension, for example - to maximise the number of bedrooms.

Each room is then rented out to young professionals, significantly increasing rental income. And by working with our sister company Nice Room, a specialist rental agency, we enjoy occupancy levels in excess of 95%.

Once completed, we manage all rentals and maintenance.
